Wonderful spot for breakfast. We got coffees with milk, a pastel de nata which was particularly delicious and better than others I’ve tried in Portugal, and one of the ham and cheese toasties. As the other photos show it’s a generous portion and you could share it. Very reasonably priced.

The sweetest lady that runs the place warmly greeted us and we had cheese/ham and cheese toasts, fresh orange juice, cappuccino and pastel de nata. So there is something even for very hungry travellers like ourselves. Authentic cafe at the corner, recommend to pay her a visit! Obrigado!

Probably the most authentic Portuguese experience we had the whole trip this is a cafe for locals - no menu just vibes! Get yourself a toasted sandwich and coffee and enjoy the simplicity

Old school cafe with toasties, paus, and cakes (including delicious pastel de nata). Cappuccino was good.

Authentic Local Coffee Experience in Faro If you’re looking for a truly local café experience in Faro, this is the place to be. From the moment you step inside, you can tell it’s a favorite among locals—regulars chatting over their morning coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and a pace that feels perfectly in tune with the rhythm of the city. The coffee is rich and aromatic, brewed to perfection, making it a great spot to start your day or enjoy a relaxed afternoon break. And, of course, no visit would be complete without trying their pastel de nata—buttery, creamy, and with just the right balance of sweetness. A wonderful spot to soak in the local culture, enjoy excellent coffee, and savor one of Portugal’s iconic pastries. Highly recommended!

This is a small, authentic Portuguese bakery with a very friendly and kind lady on the counter. We tried the pastel de nata, ham and cheese sandwich, orange juice, and coffee — everything was delicious. Note that it’s cash only. Highly recommend stopping by!

This cafe was our favourite hangout in Faro. The quality of the food and coffee is top notch. For around 4 Euros you can get a cappuccino and a huge toasted ham and cheese sandwich which is enough for 2. Lovely lady that runs the place. We will definitely return if we're in Faro again!

This coffee place is so authentic, the waitress was so nice and understood me even if my Portuguese is not the best. The food was delicious. I highly recommend you to come.
